I would just like to say that your help was invaluable setting up my Aten KVM. I had trouble with a "XXXXXX another brand" I used earlier as the audio quality left alot to be desired. But there was no distortion with the Aten at all.

I initially had trouble setting up the unit but the help you gave me on the phone sorted it out. I run a Mac system at home with a second PC box. I was told to set up the system with a normal USB PC keyboard first and then plug in the Mac Keyboard. This worked fine. Kind Regards Amnil Tohani

 You will be pleased to hear that the Raritan has worked brilliantly since it was installed, I think we have only rebooted it once and that was when we added the IP connection. Thank you again for your help with this system, it has made our lives a whole load easier :-)

The Rose KVM is definately the best one I have tried, Seems faster with mouse and keyboard and the video is clearer too.

Should have bought this one first ! Looks like you get what you pay for !
